Create a case work (single)

Enables an agent to take action on a single case at a time. There are nine types of actions that can be taken on an individual level: assignment_created (assigning a user to the cases), assignment_removed (unassigning a user to the cases), status (changing the statuses), closure (closing the cases), note (adding a note to a case), read (viewing a case after an update) manual_evidence_added (when a tag or line item is manually added to a case), case_escalation_created (a case was re-assigned and escalated), and finally case_escalation_removed (a case escalation was removed).
