Rerun a portfolio evaluation

Reruns a portfolio evaluation that has already been run. A new portfolio evaluation token is generated for the rerun. The workflow version and the run-as-of time are the same as the original.

Basic authorization header per the OAuth Client Authorization Header standard.

The format is Basic <auth_string>, where <auth_string> is the base64 encoding of the string token:secret (check Authentication Guide for details).
